Hello all been a lurker on this forum for a while thought I would try to post something.
Couple of shots from Newport Ky.
828
First one f2.8 30 sec had stacked nd filters on.
Second one f8 7 sec fog just started rolling in.

Fred, Love that first one. I too live in cincinnati. Hope you dont mind but I thought I would run it through some noise software. I am hooked on seeing the differance in before and after NR.

It looks much better to me.
I actually live in Northern Ky but love to shoot Cincy
We definitely have the view.

It was the Noiseware Community Edition. Ran it through at the default settings.

I'm also quite new here :D Are you the same USAIR as on DPreview STF?
Those shots are very nice. The second stands out to me. The mood of the foggy photo really 'got me'! I think that one is a special nightshot!

Nice photo's of Cincinatti... My husband just told me that this city is not on the east coast above Carolina...
So much to learn yet.

Really enjoy the people on STF and there are some good photographers there too (I figure if I hang out with good photographers then maybe it will rub off)
