Removing large dust spot

Alright, my friend sent me this photo and asked me to remove the dust spot from it.

I know the photo is blurry and noisy - apparently she likes it anyway. Also, the dust spot is in like the worst possible position. I can't help it.

Is there anything anyone can do better? I particularly don't like the face in my edit. It looks terriible. Any help is appreciated.
