Save Picture As

I am setting up a site that could be a resource for educators and I want to allow for rightclick downloads so that students can easily save the watermarked image to their computer. However, I have noticed that "Save target as" does not work and "save Picture as", asigns a new name to the file that is downloaded. For a number of reasons, I would like my file name to be retained in the download. Is that possible?

It won't be, the file name will be the SmugMug image number, -L.jpg. Sorry.
