What a cool looking doggie!
MD, yours is pretty cool too. I especially like the forlorn look.
Put the beer down and take your doggies for a walk :D

Nice dog shots (and nice dogs I might add). :clap
I am amazed that you got the dogs to sit still for long enough to get the shot...

I was thinking of making a business card out of this sleeping dog. My e-mail address is not even the same. I have so many photos on my CDs, I can't find any. This is a cool old dog in the store where we buy dog food.

This old dog came out to take a snooze in the yard of a saloon where we stopped for a beer in Arizona, somewhere down near the Mexican border...

The dark brindle pitbull is an uber sweet that used to be mine and now my ex-boyfriend has, I miss him a ton but I just spent a week with him.
The golden is an uber sweet dog that I watched this summer.
And the last one is my parents jack russell. ( i should get picture of her when she walks around the house, my dad is in a wheelchair and she walks around the house under his chair, when he turns she turns with him, its kind of funny the first time you see it)
oh one more:

That's awesome! The dog blends right in with the roots. Camo? I'll bet you did not need a tripod.
You're right on the money! The sun was burning my skin, so there was absolutely no need for a tripod.
If I'm not mistaken, I shot this with my D70 at ISO 200, 18-70 DX at 18mm, 1/100 or faster at f/11.
Thanks so much for your nice compliments, Molson!
Oh, and by the way, great thread, because the cool shots just keep coming!
Take care!

Darla & Millie. If you look right above Darla's butt you will see Millie sleeping in her cage. Just the top of her head. I love this shot.

Millie and Darla. Don't let these photos fool you, they don't usually get along this well. As you may have figured out by now, we are partial to shih-tzu's in this family. They are great little dogs.
