How do I open a swf music file?

I have it on my computer but don;t know how to dowmload it to my page?

I'm assuming you have the file served up somewhere that isn't a smugmug site right? If not, do that first and then read this (http://www.w3schools.com/flash/flash_inhtml.asp).
