I'm finding the best learning tools are sample pages, like those listed in the sticky above. They are from October, 2005. I've been through them all.
More Please! And it would really be nice to have the (expanded) list annotated with comments on why they are there. For example:
dufus.smugmug.com - for a simple custom nav bar
dingus.smugmug.com - for a blank (no image) html page.
Hopefully only Pro accounts so the owners don't suffer bandwidth loss from us rookies.
