Just got back from a trip to Japan.
There was one bird, the Tormentor, driving us nuts, heard almost
everywhere, even from balcony of son’s place in town, took two
weeks before we saw him and finally get a photo. I went thru every
bird song I could find and bingo, the indisputable song was of a
Japanese (Oriental) Bush Warbler. Read that almost never seen
after the leaves arrive.

Click here (http://atsmith.smugmug.com/photos/78841113-O.gif) and watch him in action. Four shot gif.

We had rain, overcast and fog almost every day so it wasn't too
good for photos, alot at iso1600. Anyway we had a great time.

Thanks Harry, just wish it wasn't so soft. After two weeks of
searching I was just elated to get any kind of shot.

Thanks Awais, it's an "old world" warbler that is mostly in southern
Asia. I guess they could be in your area. Keep an eye out.
