Gosh, thanks Marloff... so it must be us then. Hubby wanted to order me a zoom 2.8 and we have been trying since yesterday to reach them online.
I will restart our modem completely and wipe the caches clean...

Lens ordered! I cleared the caches of the browsers, restarted the modem from scratch, and what do you know... it worked!
