Changing RAW Dialog Histogram

I need help. I'm using PS CS2 and the histogram in my Raw Dialog Workspace used to be displayed in RGB. I since had to reinstalled the program due to a hard drive crash, and now the histogram is CYMK and not RGB. How do I change the histogram to RGB? Is it possible?
