Ok this is the second time this has happened to me. I have an order, order number 149899 (javascript:ol('https://www.smugmug.com/cart/order.mg?OrderID=149899');) and this customer wants a digital copy. But there is no history of this order in my CP. I know that if you dont make profit on an order then it doesnt show up. But im pretty sure I have changed all my gallery pricing. Andy can you link me to the picture and help me with this?

The photo in question, you haven't actually set the price for Lustre to be your custom price, or $0, so the customer bought it for retail.
