No, I'm sorry there is not. You can make a template, and save that, and just apply the template to each gallery.

Thanks for alerting me about the template feature -- I didn't think of that.

There's actually a bulk settings option once I select a template that lets me apply it to many galleries at once, which is exactly what I was looking for.
