I'm currently using a G5 iMAC. Apparently recently, I face difficulties uploading photos from my MAC. IT keeps giving me the a Java error broken socket.
I was using the universal uploader. Is there any recommendations that MAC users use? Is there any faster uploaders around ?

Have used this before as well. In this uploader it some how always stopped at my third photograph. it doesn't upload any further. It just hangs there for the rest of the night.
I'm running Tiger OS on my G5 (NON-INTEL based chip) see if it helps. :huh
I believe there is another threat that just mention on the same issue as well but just that we are using different uploader.

Have you updated OS X to the latest version of Java?
Run the Software Updater to check it out.

I'm located in Singapore. I believe its not the ISP. I can upload the photos with my notebook which is on WIN XP. Its just my imac having this problem. And My MAC is my primary photo processor.... :(:

These issues are being worked on.
Tell us please, though - which browser are you using with the Univ Uploader?
