image disappeared

Hi

I have created a private gallery not visible to users.
Put some design images there one of which was http://photos.artq.com/photos/70124156-M.jpg

last week it was there, now when i am looking at my homepage, it says image disappeared. I haven't look at the forums for a couple of week. May be there was some crash i am not aware about ?

I need some help, as this image is no important, just want to make sure this is not a normal behaviour
