greaper #1 and#3 but three the best is really sharp. here is one i like but can not fix his /her beak tip

Nice pics. I dont think the blurred beak hurts it, Its skeery :yikes .

The ostrich (sp?) is cool too, I am only likely to get that shot in a zoo.

Greaper, the cedar waxwings are great. Very nice shots. I love the first one with that berry just rolling on his tongue. Do you use a 200 or 300 zoom to get these? I can never get birds.

not a true blue bird, greaper what do you think of this one not the greatest shot but i like the look of it and being still enough she/ he missed me being there

I use a 170 - 500mm Sigma zoom. It's not bad for a less expensive lens (relative). It's the best i can afford.

Interesting bird jwear, I tried to look it up but couldn't find it. The pic has some things goin for it. It shows the bird in it's environment which is IMHO always better than on a feeder.

It's a great start... I would love to see more pics of this bird.
