I just go the go ahead from google for google Analytics and have placed pasted the code block at the beginning and the end in CSS and when I run tracking status I keep getting the message Tracking Not Installed. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? My web site is www.digitalphotodesigners.com (http://www.digitalphotodesigners.com).
Thanks

Your page is jacked in Firefox, ok in IE.
Change the red from 142 you have now to 140.
/* Line up the boxes properly */
#galleriesBox .miniBox {
margin:0 20px;
padding:0;
height:260px;
width:140px;}
#galleriesBox .miniBox .nav, #galleriesBox .miniBox .private, #galleriesBox .miniBox p.updated, #galleriesBox .miniBox p.description, #galleriesBox .miniBox p.albumTitle {display:block; text-align:center;}
#galleriesBox .miniBox .photo {
width:140px;
height:auto;
_height:1%;}

I made the changes. I wasn't using Firefox but I just installed it and it will not connect for me maybe because I am at work and behind a firewall. I will try it when I get home.In the mean time can someone please look at my site with Fire Fox and let me know if my page is still Jacked or what :):
Thanks again to Andy. This guy is amazing

Is it truly as simaple as pasing the G.A. Script in the customize footer box in the control panel?
Google states:
Copy the following code block into every webpage you want to track.
Click in the box below to select all code. Copy and paste the code segment into the bottom of your content, immediately before the </body> tag of each page you are planning to track. If you use a common include or template, you can enter it there.
Only asking cause this thread is 2 months+ and google may have made changes....
So by placing this script into the Footer as expalined by Mike L. does this track each page of the assigned website?
Thanks for all of the help....PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE.

Google Analytics is generally 24 hours after you first install the code, then the reports are updated once a day. See: http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?answer=27273&ctx=sibling
StatCounter although limited to the last 100 hits, is instant and realtime.
Hope this helps!
