I was watching the bumblebees doing their thing this morning and got a little lucky with the timing on this one.

That is a really nice capture. Was there a lot of patience involved, or was it one of those lucky shots where you were in the right place at the right right time?

There was a little persistence involved. I took about 10 shots trying to catch the bee(s) in flight; either landing or taking off. This was the best of the bunch.

That is a neat image, can only image how patient you were to wait for this to happen. In the end, it came out great.
