Yeah, it is. It started raining, and I was trying to hurry up and take the shot and get in out of the rain before my camera and brand new zoom lens got too wet. The rain didn't phase this little fellow, but it sure did me. I have never read anywhere that water is particularly good for either cameras or lenses. I guess I got both dried off ok as both are still working.
