I like this feature.

Is there something we can do to prevent someone from using the "Screen Print" function in Windows?

Thanks,

Tom.

Andy,

Will this work for IE7 & IE8? Now that I think about it, I could have answered my own question by doing that myself. But how does this differ from SmugMugs resource in the Gallery customization option to to click "Protected"? Does adding this bring additional armory for our galleries?

If this doesn't work for IE7 & 8 is there an update? :scratch

Thank you!

You should be aware that the right click protection is a pretty minor deterrent. It will not stop anyone from grabbing copies of your photos. See http://blogs.smugmug.com/pros/2008/07/04/right-click-protection-and-image-security/.

Hi Andy,
I just found this. But now IE is version7. I already put this code into the head tag area. But it doesn't work. Do you have any other suggestion?

Thank you in advance,.

Are you aware the disabling a print toolbar does not stop viewers from printing your photos? If you show an image in a browser it can be stolen - with or without a print toolbar.

Hi Andy. Love your work! Can the IE bar be disabled for all versions of IE?

Doesn't look like it, nor do I get concerned about it.
Screen grabbers like skitch, or jingproject are so easy and prevalent.

Use watermarking, right click protection, and disable external links, and block larger sizes if you are concerned about this.

All done except the external blocking. I use it for my blog. But that's ok. I honestly would rather share my pictures vs. keeping them in a photo album where no one ever see's them. Sorry if this was a repeat question. I took a link to this thread and hadn't realized how many posts there were here.

Thanks for the suggestions.
