Yes it is symbolic. But England are still in it :clap .

It was for commiseration to the teams that have been knocked out.

Good concept. It almost meant us for a moment or two - but we have just drawn with Croatia, so squeaked through to the next round. Go the Socceroos!! (The poor ref is under some fire from the people who never made a mistake in their lives).
