As some of you probably noticed, we suffered our first big outage in quite some time. I'm very sorry it happened, and particularly wish it hadn't happened during the middle of the day.
For the curious, our new fiber cross-connect between our datacenters went down. We're still working on figuring out both why it happened and how we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
This is a new cross-connect, since we just expanded into our 2nd datacenter last week, so to be honest, I've been expecting some sort of hiccup all week. Things were too quiet. :)
I think we're back in business now, and I'll update you as we discover anything new.
