Interesting story, Gus. I know I've heard about these aborigines before. The colors in the first shot are really nice. You mention the first one was painted by a 'local aboriginal artist'. Are these recent paintings? How old do you think these paintings are??? That last shot reminds me of more modern-day graffiti! Do you know what the handprints represent?

I like the last picture the best but they are all good. I always found the aboriginal stories to be very interesting. Way to go Gus.

Gus,
It is so interesting that the aboriginal peoples, or Anasazi, in the southwest United States area near Bryce, Zion and the Escalante used the same technique of holding their hands to the rock ans spraying pigment from their mouth like a spray gun.
Interesting to see the same apparent technique and images on oposite sides of the globe.

Wow Gus, these are really nice. We have some not far from here at Mt. Yarrowick. Though they are not in that good condition. It is very eerie when you see them to think that thousands of years ago someone stood in that same spot and created it. I hope that they are never lost.
