Andy, when I started on this site yuo shoed me how to gcreate this page

http://www.brandolinoimaging.com/gallery/1097454

as a "help w/ cart" page. Now I notice w/ the new hotness, that the new page of this type have drop down menus.... can I create a page like that above in the same manner you showed me? Or is the JS that is involved now going to make that impossible?

Seems the other link pages you helped me w/ from this page

http://www.brandolinoimaging.com/gallery/1106521

have not changed. So they're still up to date.

OK Anthony you've lost me :lol3

I'm off today (still fishing) but if you can be VERY specific in details, I'm sure one of the crew can help out, or I can on Wednesday.

He's comparing his page (http://www.brandolinoimaging.com/gallery/1097454) with the new smugmug help pages (http://www.smugmug.com/help/digital-prints)...

Anthony, did you view the source of the help pages? :ear The answer to your first question is in there. As for making yours look the same, try creating a new private gallery and copying the parts in the body that you're interested in to see if you can make them work? Then if you have problems you can come back and we can help you out from there. Once again, I promise you won't break the internets if you try it. :thumb

I tried copying the "content" section as I did before, but the drop downs did not come out correctly. Maybe I missed some things. I'll try again...

Anthony - now I understand. IMO you're making work for yourself. We'll change our help page all the time so if I were you, I'd leave well enough alone....

Here's tha new page...

the drop downs do not work. I'm sure I'm missing the code for them...I assume there is JS or some code from the footer that is needed to make them work.... I'll take any advice, but I'll work on this later when I get home... Thanks

I know it COULD get to be painful trying to keep up w/ the changes upgrades and adjustments made at SM. But to me it's worth it. I know I'm supposed to be shooting. And I do. I'll be shooting dance performances Wed thru Sunday this week.
But if I want to keep my site up to date and seemingly seamless w/ Smugmug as far as the help galleries, I need mine to look like theirs but using MY style. I don't get crazy with it but I do check every so often and compare things... Luckily most of the other pages I have used to create MY help pages have not changed recently...
Thanks again...

MIke, to revisit this issue... I had kinda forgotten about making this change, but now have returned to it.
I've noticed the drop downs work fine in FF, but not in IE. Any idea why?
Links are above...

Now that I fixed my new home page setup, any thoughts on this one...
