SWEET, what size gear is that, and what is it from? That gives me a few ideas.

The outer diameter is about 2 inches. This is a sun gear from an automatic transmission (slightly used with a couple of specs of rust on it).
Got a couple of others.

I really like the lighting on this one. How did you do it?

Thanks Fish.
I used two tungsten lights aimed at silver unmbrellas. One was up and to the left (maybe three feet higher than the gear at a 45 degree angle) and the other was high almost right behind the camera. Used the 180 macro so I wasn't exactly on top of the subject.
Just picked up this lighting setup from a guy here in Michigan and decided it was time test 'em out. Still need to figure out the strobe functions.
