board setup???

Some things that i have noticed while visiting is the board setup.

On My board I run we allow 25 posts per page, which means there can be 25 posts then it will go to page 2. This saves a ton of space and also allowes less navigating on the site which also fees up the paths for more people to surf at once.

Is this board setup to be smaller? Is the setup done like this because they want to or don't know how to adjust the posts per page?

I am just curious no harm meant.

You can select the number of posts you want to see on one page, go to 'You!' (top left corner) and select "options" from the menu, a little over half-way down, you will find an option to select the amount of posts you will see on one page.
