Hey all,

Shot this last night. It's probably not "strict" landscape, but I thought I'd throw it out anyway and get some feedback. I like the symmetry and the balance in the composition. Any other feedback is more than welcome!! Thanks.

Again, it's not "traditional" landscape, but I just love the way the light works off of the brick. Somehow, it feels futuristic...

Anyone like one over the other? I'm open for feedback/suggestions/etc.

thanks.

Ben,
I like the first one. I think it could be called a cityscape. Not sure what the "officials" would say. I like the "patioscape" too because of the light, but I think the first one is kind of unique. I agree about the balance and the curves of the wide angle are great. Thanks for your critique of my bayscapes.

I also really like the first one, but I think if I were Andy that I would judge them both to be off topic. Not everything can be squeezed into the category of "landscape" JMHO

I like the first one alot. I think charles may be wrong on what andy would consider a landscape. You never know he may surprise you and say this is a landscape. :dunno

Thanks everybody! I appreciate the feeback. I realize the "patioscape" was a bit a of a stretch, but based on the articles that Andy provided as reference, I thought it seemed pretty broad. :scratch Oh well. I think I'll enter the street shot.

Thanks! Looking forward to the next challenge!

Thanks Brad!,

Yes, it was a fisheye...15mm Canon. (SO much fun!)
It was taken fairly late in the evening, so it was 800 ISO, f9.0@1/8"
I tweaked the color ever-so-slightly, added the vignette, and made minor exposure adjustments in PS.
