Can anyone tell me how to set the timer on my D70? I lost my manual! I want to take a family portrait with me actually in it!

Thank you!!

Grab yourself a copy of the manual here:
http://support.nikontech.com/cgi-bin/nikonusa.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=13140&p_created=1079516931&p_sid=PLc-Zp6i&p_accessibility=0&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPSZwX3NvcnRfYnk9JnBfZ3JpZHNvcnQ9JnBfc m93X2NudD0xNCZwX3Byb2RzPTE5LDU2JnBfY2F0cz0xODcmcF9 wdj0yLjU2JnBfY3Y9MS4xODcmcF9zZWFyY2hfdHlwZT1hbnN3Z XJzLnNlYXJjaF9ubCZwX3BhZ2U9MQ**&p_li=&p_topview=1

I don't know the procedure off the top of my head - I had a D70, but have a D200 now.

Hold down the shooting mode button and rotate the main command dial until you see the "clock" symbol in the status LCD.

Custom setting 24 sets the timer delay.
