Landscape hunting

Went out looking for landscapes yesterday. I think I set out too late. :dunno

Well, you could take a moon shot, stick it over the sun shot, etc.

I was reading a book with Landscapes, came just before I left so I brought it, was reading it at 1 AM, amazing what they call landscapes, IMO.

However, I would be worried about putting a person as the central interest, people, yes. (There was a lot about people and landscapes, used to always be people, then Ansel Adams took them out, etc.)

We all have plenty of time, those are nice colors in the photo you did get. (I am not sure there is a too late, remember one person is taking night shots. I would, too, if I were not here with small children and if I had not had the beejeesus scared out of me a few times.)

I did not think one second that your crop was accidental. It is a nice shot, it has attractive colours, and if that is what you saw, it is all there.
I like it if a photograph has a bit of a special crop.
