I'm still a trial member (Power), so maybe that's the problem...

I've set the customization settings to have no header (used spaces in the tag) including the Smugmug header. However, it continues to pop back up.

Also, I've downloaded a video file that was working fine a minute ago, and now the player just reads "PHOTO NOT FOUND" (even though the thumb looks right).

Any help or point in the right direction appreciated!

OK I'm slightly confused. Do you want the SmugMug header or no header?

The video, try reuploading it. Use the standard uploader for your videos.

No header. Everything is fine on the homepage, but when you go into an album, the header shows up.

I'll re-load the video. I've re-loaded it six or seven times already...

Check your gallery customization settings. You either have "hide owner" checked yes, or "appearance" set to "Smugmug" not "custom" - or both :D

Make hide owner = no and appearance = custom. You'll be all set :thumb

FYI, video wasn't working because in that particular gallery I had 'no' checked for the 'original size photos' customization.
