I think this is a shot that would be better off in color, or, rework your BW conversion for better highlights and contrast; this is a bit flat. I also think you were a little severe on the crop.

I happen to love olive garden. And I think the BW could use a little lovin. Thanks.....care to give it a shot?

I agree the B&W needs a bit more of a boost as suggested. I like the crop but the light in the upper center of the image is distracting - nothing a little clone can't fix. All in all good shot.
