Is there any way i can make a nested gallery? So I could have an album read... Paintball>NPPL>HB 06, HB 05, HB 04, etc?

I'm not sure i understand you correctly, but you can make a category called "Paintball", then a subcategory called "NPPL", and then galleries named "HB 06", "HB 05" and "HB 04".

Category > Sub Category > Gallery
Paintball > NPPL > HB 06
Paintball > NPPL > HB 05
Paintball > NPPL > HB 04

All of the "HB XX" galleries show up under Paintball > NPPL

Or are you trying to get an extra level of nesting? I'm afraid that's not possible. But you could use keywords for sorting maybe?

Ya I want to have a main album called Paintball with NPPL as a sub-album and then have different dated albums with in the NPPL album. is that possible?

create a category called paintball
create a subcategroy called NPPL
then just put all your albums in that subcategory and name them with the date
