Nice aquarium! That Crappie will eat everything in site. They are eating machines. We had a few of them in our pond and they would eat all the bluegill and catfish fry post haste. We fished them out of the pond and now have a more balanced eco-system where the bluegill and bass are starting to make a comeback.
