MPEG-4 Problem

I just signed for SmugMug last night:clap . I had read a lot about it and was really looking forward to some of the features that Flickr doesn't have like the ability to post video clips along with my photo's.

Now it seems that the system doesn't support MPEG-4:uhoh which my Sony DSC-M1 seems to do a good job a cranking out. How can I post these MPEG-4 pics into an MPEG-1 hole???

Fx MPEG Writer (http://fxmpegwriter.com/) is the easiest way to do it, but I prefer the advanced features of TMPGEnc (http://www.tmpgenc.net/)...though to be honest I'd probably just use Fx MPEG Writer if my videos weren't widescreen 16:9. TMPGEnc works much better with widescreen video :)
