Nice article. Although I'm sure it glosses over some details, it's very informative for those of us who are not self-employed (or business owners). Even discounting the profit margin, I am amazed at the hourly rate needed for a $40k salary.

Definitely a great start. But don't forget, different people have different
expenses, etc. So adjust accordingly!
