How can I hide the gallery info under each Title?

How can I hide the "Gallery Categories" info under each Title?

For instance, In the Gallery Categories display box it shows all of the galleries. Under each gallery title it displays info regarding "How many galleries there are and when it was last updated."

How can I remove this info?

In your gallery customization, set the clean option to "yes." :D

Is there a way to "clean" for all my galleries? or do i have to actually do it individually?

You can change the galleries individually using the customize gallery screen, or you can change multiple galleries at once (all of them if you'd like) using SmugBrowser - http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=47484.
