Ok, for this example I am looking to purchase the Sigma 24-70 f/2.8.

This lens varies in price from $399.00 at Adorama (http://www.adorama.com/SG247028NEOS.html#rec?searchinfo=sigma%2024-70mm%20f/2.8&item_no=1) to $363.80 at Digital Photo Club (http://www.digitalfotoclub.com/sc/product-features.asp?id=964596991). I consider these two businesses to be trust worthy and offer a great products. But my question is I recently found the same lens for $318.00 at Broadway Photo (http://www.bwayphoto.com/product.asp?id=sg2470exdfcn). Am I missing something here we are talking about a $45 to $80 difference.

Before buying anything, especially camera gear, on line check:

www.resellerratings.com (http://www.resellerratings.com)

Of those you have listed I would use Adorama. You might also check out B&H photo

In looking at the links, the first two appear to be the same lens, while the third one might be a different make or year. It appears to have different grips, and displays... which might explain the significant price jump.

I'm not familiar enough with Sigma glass though to recognize the differnces.

Dismal rating on resellerratings. Skip it, not worth the headache. digital foto doesn't have 'em in stock. Which leaves adorama, which is an excellent store. And they have two used, one in E+ condition.

Great website, that answers a lot of questions I had. Looks like Digital Foto Club beat out Adorama and is up there with B&H Photo.

Thanks again.
