It's called "Caribbean Titan", I shot it in St. Lucia last Feb, and used the hue/saturation and history brush to wack it out.

very simple, I just increase the hue/sat to the max, edit stepbackwards, and used the history brush to paint in the background. Then converted to blue,edit stepbackwards, and used the history brush to paint him in.
