Got dust

Hey, I have a chunk of dust in my 1D Mark 2, what is the good blower out there that people use...the one that looks like a grenade or something.

You might be thinking of the Rocket Blower. (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?A=details&Q=&is=REG&O=productlist&sku=259157) It's good, but it didn't help me with my sensor. I had to break down and do a proper cleaning job.

How do you "Break down and do a proper cleaning". Is it something I can do myself? I have a 20D with a few dust spots on the sensor that won't come off using the blower. If this is something that I can do with out having to send my camera in to be serviced, "I would be all over it".
