I recentlt bought a off shoe cord from FM and I got it today. I noticed it doesn't say off shoe cord 2. So I'm assuming it's the orginal one:dunno I've tried it on my 300d and 430 ex and the display says it still has ettl and the fec works so I'm assuming everything is fine.
So my question is will this cord 1 have any ill effects on my equipment and am I losing out on any features by not having the off shoe cord 2?
