How do I center align my thumbnails

Hi Folks:

I have six thumbnail links to galleries on my homepage. I would like to center them, so the top four are lined up the way they are now, but the bottom two are centered horizontally.

What command do I need for that and where should I place it.

That's actually a lot more difficult than it sounds. Here's the problem, you will have to use CSS 3 to do it and IE doesn't support CSS 3 so most of your visitors won't ever see it.
