I like the shot, and the misty morning feel of it.

I was curious about how gloomy it looked, and pulled it down and did a quick levels on it. I pulled the whites down from 255 to 200 and bumped the blacks up to 15. I thought it still felt misty, foggy and right, but also was more engaging. Give it a shot, if you feel like it. I think it helped.

Also, I would rotate it slightly CCW.
