This was taken from a bridge with tripod but the traffic was shaking the bridge somewhat....just enough to blur things a little on a longish exposure. It was about an hour after i had opened the box of my new camera.

Yeah, I can see a little blur. But the colors and the light jump out. Nice framing. I missed the post... what new camera did you get? :ear

I am going to try it again & just be patient for the traffic to steady.

An olypmpus c-5050....way over my head but something to grow into.

Cool camera. You should get the wide angle lens if you can, they're loads of fun. f1.8 is great. Nice to have a choice of memory too, shop for the lowest prices.

You using the remote for the night shots? (I'm still reading up on your cam.)

Good shot. I chopped off a little of the low end of the histogram to darken
the sky and increase contrast just a tad. (using 'xv') Maybe you will like it. (and maybe not :) )

Am yet to start playing with histograms...my camera has it but its all taking a long time to process. It also lets me take several shots at different settings so i will try again.
