Paid a visit to the Ventura Pier yesterday. The wind was blowing like crazy, making for some really interesting spray. I've posted some of these elsewhere, but thought they might apply for the challenge.

Any idea which one most fits the "Air" subject?

"Falling through the air"

I'm kind of thinking either the first or third, but I'm not sure. Any comments?

Thanks in advance.

I'd say the first (wow! hope you washed the salt off your lens!), or maybe the second. The others seem like reather conventional surfer shots, focusing on the sport, not the atmospherics.

:agree Out of all of those I also believe the first one is most appropriate.
They are all wonderful.

I agree as well that the first photo lends itself to the "air" challenge the best. A little pp would make that one really jump to life. Fun shots.

My opinion, for what it's worth, is to use number 2 but use the subtle color of number one. In number two, you are concerned with the surfer (did he make it?) whereas in number one, it's pretty but lots of people can shoot pretty.

You've got pretty and action - hard to beat.

Good luck!
