I finally picked up a telephoto lens (Sigma 70-200mm f2.8) and a 1.4 teleconverter as I wanted to get some more reach. My longest lens before got out to 75mm. I've found that I enjoy shooting birds and am now wishing for even more reach......$$$ :bash:

Anyway here are some cropped shots from my first day with the Sigma:

Welcome to the wonderful and expensive world of bird shooting. I would have a lot more $ today if I had stuck to landscapes. :D
