I know! I suck at getting them straight, people tell me all the time there's a way to fix it in Photoshop. I only use Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it.

I'm no PS expert but this is how I go about rotating. Under image goto rotate then to free rotate layer and when your cursor is a small set of curved arrows at the sides of the photo you can rotate. Or when you highlight a section with the crop tool it will work the same way. Hope this helps.

I suck at getting them straight .... I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it.Michael has given you the 'how-to' above. I'd just add that if you first set View -> Grid, this will overlay a grid pattern to help you allgn the rotated image correctly.
