View Full Version : What is new to change page color, size etc easier.
Do you have anything like ImageEvent to make customizing your page easier?
HTML is a pain and I'm not a web guy.
My page www.wlleven.smugmug.com (http://www.wlleven.smugmug.com) is pretty clean, but there are a few things I'd like to change. Lower the bottom bar so it is on the bottom of the page. Change the color of a few things, etc.
Is simplification on your list for 2006 ?
If you did not have the template I'm using now I would not be able to use your website.
Thank You,
William Leven

Hi William,
I'm not a programmer, either. I've learned a lot though, by watching, copying, and pasting, and trying. And most importantly, by the good folks who frequent and help out in the Customization Forum (http://www.dgrin.com/forumdisplay.php?f=31).
Customizing For Dummies (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=18623) is a great series of "how-to" stuff that Mike Lane has spent a lot of time putting together.
Here's the deal and promise: Read Customizing for dummies - get familiar with basics, and then ask any questions you like, I and the stylers will help you get your page looking JUST the way you want :deal
If you want to see an example of how we do it, just look at any of the posts by brandofamily (http://www.dgrin.com/member.php?u=5645) started in the past week - he's in the same boat you are in - and look how far he's gone with our help :D
I hope this helps,
