So I globally changed my theme to Earth, but I wanted to change just one gallery to the normal smugmug theme. Problem is, all I could select was smugmug classic. The newer smugmug look is not available if you've globally set your theme to something else. What to do?

Hmmm...I supposed if you set default it'll go to the global theme... You could hide owner and that'll make it black and green.
