I saw a post on digg.com about "The Most Amazing Macro-Photography". I was thinking, "I'll bet it it's not as good as Lord Vetinari. Well, I was wrong - they're one in the same.
Check this out.

Brian - expect a spike in usage on your Flickr account.

Hi Phil,
Thanks for the info- I had found out about it via a circuitus route. (FlickR mail and then DSLReports)
You were certainly right about the number of views. Gone upfrom 15000 to 98000 in the last 3 days on my FlickR account. Should make 100000 views before New Year.
Still not sure I understand what appearing on Digg.com means though :dunno apart from a lot of exposure :): .

PS Phil- you must have an alter ego - "chillypepper"

Actually I'm not "chillypepper". I didn't read the comments on the digg.com post until after I posted here. I saw that one from "chillypepper" and figured someone would think it was me because it was worded almost exactly. Strange but true.
Here ('http://www.digg.com/faq') is the Digg FAQ. Digg is supposed to be a tech-minded site. Someone will post a link and other readers can either "Dig" it or not. The most popular posts (based on some funky formula I suppose) make it to the "Front Page". Looks like you're pretty popular.
Enjoy your new-found fame :wink
