If so, I have two questions:

1) What'd you think? (Kinda long, huh?)

2) Did you see my trailer? (http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/poseidon/) If so, I'd love to hear honest feedback about how it played in the theatre. The theatre environment is so different, and every audience is different...

Haven't seen Kong, but actually I saw your trailer today in the sneak preview showing The Best Man.
To be honest - from scene one on I thought: Oh, god they're actually making it - Titanic 2 :rofl Almost every single scene reminded me of Titanic - the beginning in the ballroom with the staircase, the lovers, the sinking of the ship, 'we'll get out of here' etc. :dunno
Nothing against the trailer - it hopefully only sums up the first part of the movie, but I couldn't get the Titanic thing out of my head.

Thanks, Sebastian!

You actually saw the international version, which is infinitesimally different, and yet quite different. Quite different to me, infinitesimally to the layman. Yeah, I should clarify, the Kong reference is just for the domestic US audience. But I really appreciate the feedback!

I think I saw exactly the variant you linked here, but only in German. Is the Kong reference in there? If yes, could you point it out to me?
