I don't know whether this is the right forum for this problem, but it is worth trying. In Picasa2 there is an icon, Hello. If you click on that icon, normally you can get into your blog and post pictures.
My computer constantly is unable to initialize the UI when I click on the Hello icon and I cannot post any pictures into my blog as a result.

Maybe some genius out there has a solutiuon to this vexing problem. If you are out there please help a beginner grinner.:clap
