Free Cropping tool?

I use RawShooter to edit my RAWs. Upon completion, I want to open the pic in another editor for cropping. Can someone reccommend a free tool that will allow me to crop while retaining printable dimensions?

I've used Picasa but have discovered problems uploading Picasa editied pics into Smugmug so I'm searching for a replacement.

Have you tried irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/)?
Xnview (http://www.xnview.com) is another freeware program you can look at. I still use it for some things even though I have CS2.
